Mr Jago

I've been a fan of Duncan Jago's work since i first got into illustration and graffiti. His pieces for the Scrawl books and the early days of Addict clothing blew me away. His style of drawing and painting was so intense, and his characters were amazing. Since then, alot of the same kind of 'urban art' has followed an identical path and not really progressed. People like D*Face and many others find a logo and milk it to death. When i picked up Juxtapoz magazine a few issues back to find a few pages of Jago's new work, i was really pleased to see his techniques and style have totally switched up. Anyone who appreciated his old work will surely love this new stuff. His colour palet is dope, his robot's are still SICK and his use of inks and light spray are killer!

Check out more of his work here.
